Domain extension that ignore DMCA complain?

Due to copyright material on my landing page, few months ago i got my .org domain suspended. It has serverhold status so it cant resolve dns.
Yesterday same thing happen with my xyz domain. I use both domains for 301 redirect.
Is there any domain extension that ignore such complain?

I'm pretty sure this is more to do with your hosting provider over the TLD you use. Also, your hosting in general.

I use vps + cloudflare and i can address this issue. The main problem is when compaint sent directly to registrar, they will straight suspend it.

or you can analyze what are big players are using here and yes change your registrar and try

Buy hosting and domain from DMCA ignored service provider.

That depends on your web hosting provider mostly. So you'd better concentrated on the searching good web hosting solution.

not try to advertise but try njal.la
that domain provider and hosting..
i never have problem with njalla about copyright content.. (+2 years)
if this about hosting, try research real offshore.. some host advertise they offshore but.. naahhh.. careful

note: i never test njal.la hosting service..
