Does it really matters when building a PBN what domain extension the sites got? I see .co, .us, .biz, .info going for cheap.
Basically I could register 2 sites with the price of one .com domain

it doesnt matter but preferable a reputed one just incase if u want to use for other purpose also it will be usefull

Does not matter much but having one which sounds less spammy could be useful for example co.uk,net, com, info among other ones.

It does not matter, but the problem is, that it's much harder to find half decent domains with those extensions.

Hell, it's borderline impossible to find any half usabel domains on whatever extensions if we are talking about scraping them.

If you're just buying on price, that's not the way to look at this for a PBN domain.

The general TLDs are fine. You should avoid country-specific TLDs for PBNs.

I understand that you are talking about expired domains. Any good expiring domain will be expensive regardless of the extension.
If you are talking about expired domains, it's irrelevant the extension, but obviously, if you find an expired .it great domain (ccTLD from Italy), for your US-based money site, it would not be the best choice, still worth checking.

Don't worry much about a domain extension, except for very expensive expiring domains outside your region. Personally I never check for example .be domains, although I could find a HUGE reputable site with that extension. I really think that previous language (+ located extension) really matters for the usefulness of the domain. But for gTLD like the ones you mentioned, I go in for all.

It doesn't really matter, different TLD domains do have a chance to rank as much as the commonly used ones,
so they can be used as PBNs, passing link juice & authority,
The only difference you'll find here is the country-specific domains which do have a better impact on these specific countries

It seems you don't understand PBN well yet bro, PBN is any domains with powerful backlinks, you need that motherfucker power, nothing else. But if you say use a weird TLD domain, whether it will affect your new website or not, I will tell you, yes, it has some minor bad affect, but if you have money, then the affect can be averted to a normal direction, its like a combine algo, not solely target TLD.
