You could use a drop catching software, risky, or a drop catching service. The software will be cheaper in the long run but you will have a lower chance of catching the domain whereas a drop catching service could be expensive per domain but you stand a much better chance of getting that domain, especially if there is any competition for it.
If it is expiring tomorrow then don't be happy because domain will not be available for registration as soon as it gets expired. It takes 2-4 weeks usually to available for registration. You need to wait more.
A domain isn't immediately available after it expires.
This is what happens on the expiry date:
1) It enters the grace period. This is between 1 and 45 days and depends on the registrar. This is basically the time the registrar will give you to renew the domain before they send the delete command to the registry.
2) Redemption Period. This is a period of 30 days where the registry will give you the opportunity to pay $150 to reclaim your domain.
3) Pending Delete. 5 days. At this point you can't get the domain back and it's about to be released for anyone to register.
So generally after the expiry date it's going to be at least 5-6 weeks before you can register that domain.
