Domain Evaluation

What do you think are the estimated sales values of the domain names listed below? I'm thinking of selling both. I don't have much time to develop projects.
adultfuck.net
vipboat.net

My Opinion:

1. Both Domains are .NET, less valuable than .com
2. You can not really rely on Estibot but in Terms of Analytics, it's a decent indicator.
3. Both have none to very less BL
4. Vipboat: 2021 Regged, no content, nothing special - No value, max 30$
5. Adultfuck.net: Looks way better in Terms of Age: 22th Dec. 2023 this Domain will hit 20 years, history has some breaks where it was not used, but lets say 65% of the time it was in usage. Did not checked the certain Snapshots.
6. Terms of Adultfuck are also good for Porntube etc. .Net doesn't play here not that big role, but .com would be better for sure.
7. Btw. i have almost the similar Domain which I wanted to use for Porntube, but I dropped the Idea: FuckedSex.com ; 21 years old.

Estimation: from my Point of view
VipBoat.net >50$
AdultSex.net approx 150$ if you find the right buyer or develop the Page-

Hey everyone,

I have been buying domain names recently with intentions to park them. I bought one the other day and when I parked it with godaddy cashparking out of curiosity I clicked on the evaluate button.

I have gone on alot of other websites and they all seem to have the same evaluation but I'm not sure how to sell it.

I understand that it would be best to pay for a listing on a site like flippa but I don't have the money at the minute.

So could anyone suggest a site where it is free or where I pay at the end of the auction and perhaps where it may sell quickly.
