Hey BHW!
So heres the thing, i found an expired domain (expired domains dot net). I don't have ahref sub so i just use the lite version and Its metrics are alright (domain rating 22, BL 2.24k, Referring domain 7). Its CTLDs distribution is mainly in France and Poland, and anchor text is related to my niche - no viagra, Chinese vocabulary. Domain is not spammed at all - it seems like it was used for business purpose. Not a bad domain to start off rather than building a fresh one, right?
However, there is also availability of .com with a targeted niche keyword that has 500 searches monthly. Of course this would be a fresh domain, no backlinks, no domain power. Common sense tells me to go with targeted niche keyword.
What do ya'll think? Let me know if you need some additional information or clarification on anything said above.
