I have come across someone who is selling a domain with EstiBot value of 19k, the domain cost is $500. Does it make sense to focus on the EstiBot value and domain age? Here is some more info on the domain.

Please advise if the cost sounds good or what factors to consider when buying a domain?

A domain's value is only what you perceive it to be, unless it's a single word, highly brandable domain.
If you think it's worth $500, go ahead. But apart from age, I don't see anything else worthwhile here, backlink profile is weak.

Domain age here is strong (21y) but the metrics are weak — DA 7, only 1 quality link, SEMrush AS 2. For $500 it’s not terrible if you’re buying it for branding or redirect, but if you’re expecting SEO value — you’re overpaying.

1- What is the fair price for it in your opinion?
2- And why is EstiBot giving 19k value if all metrics are weak?
3- How much do you pay attention to the value by EstiBot?

1 - I’d price that at $50–$100 max for SEO. Domain age is solid but there’s zero real link profile.

2 - EstiBot inflates value based on keyword relevance, length, TLD, and past sales — not actual SEO power. It’s mostly for brand valuation, not ranking power.

3 - I don’t trust EstiBot for SEO buys at all. Metrics like referring domains, niche relevance, and anchor history matter way more.
