I am doing ppd and my website ranking in google first page for some keywords.It is a fake online key generator.I am just using their logo.Today I got this mail from namecheap
"We are in receipt of complaint regarding *******.com domain, of which you are the registered owner. As a valued customer and the registered owner of the domain, and per Namecheap Registration Agreement and WhoisGuard Service Agreement, we are forwarding you the above mentioned email so that you can address this matter.
We cannot advise you as to what action to take, but we strongly urge you to review the email quoted below and/or attached PDF document and recommend contacting the complainant to resolve this matter.
Kindly note that copyright infringement is considered to be a violation of our Registration Agreement which you have agreed to follow when signing up for account with us. If the complainant proceeds with a legal action, we may be forced to suspend the domain reported and disable WhoisGuard protection for it, to our regret."
I am from asia. Should I worry about dmca?
