domain .co.cc SEO friendly?

Hi guys, this is my first topic and I'm planning to do a niche site. I'm nowhere now, and i need help if domain .co.cc is SEO friendly then i wanted to install wordpress on that site... I dont have money for buying .com or .net yet. So I'm testing all free domains, except blogger.

A .co.cc domain is terrible for SEO because of spam. They have only just got themselves indexed again (Google de-indexed them for about a year)

Thx for the answer. Is there any free domains that are SEO friendly?
 
if your just looking to buy 1 domain then its really better to get a .com or something similar, although there are a couple free domain services you could try co.cc and .tk, when you can get a .com domain for such a small price its alot better, your given fair Serps, they look much more professional and trustworthy, i dont know what sort of website your setting up but say your the customer, would you really be confident in buying from a website which cannot even afford their own domain?

I know buying a .com domain is more profitable, but i'm still a newbie and if i'll launch my .com site then it's hard to handle it because of low experience. If I'll firstly success with free domains then i'll move to .com domain. :)

Some anti-virus block pages with .co.cc , if you are on budget go with blogspot , much better !
 
This domain is use to for spam, and google knows this, then it's to hard do SEO.
 
Stay clear of .co.cc

For quite a while Google completely pulled all of these sites from search results and still gives them low trust. Certain AV programs block the domain entirely whether there is malware on your site or not. It is basically the worst you can use.
 
.co and .com is batter , .co.cc is not seo friendly . if u want free so i suggest you use subdomain i like word press and blogspot this is better for ur site .
 
Use freedns.afraid.org they have good range of free domains some of which are clean and not banned.
You basically create a new domain (select from the full list as 2-letters domains like aa.am are all there), select to add NS record, type in your hoster's first NS server like ns1.hosting.com, wait and park it. Some hosters have problems parking these domains.
But better go for some TLD domain like .com.
 
there are actually quite a few Tumbler/Wordpress/Blogger sites that rank well
