Domain Blacklisted using Google Threshold Account?

I heard people getting their domain blacklisted on Adwords because of using multiple adwords coupon. I'm just wondering if Google threshold account is a safer option (I haven't heard case about it). You're advertising a domain and you're not paying for it, wouldn't it be easy for google to trace and banned the domain in the campaign?

I have used a domain multiple times. I even used the same page, or the same web2.0 with different adwords accounts and it worked. So I guess it wasn't blacklisted

Same for me, I have used and still using same domains without any issue. My accounts never show error because of this.

My suggestion is: one account, one domain name, because of related factors
