just check the backlink profile and if their are redirects links then its 100 percent manipulated .

If talking about DA-PA values, check domain traffic on Semrush or etc.. If traffic is always low and Da-Pa are high. Know that, It is not real.

You can check website's trustworthiness, credibility, information accuracy and also you can cross check with some other reliable sources as well.

Try to use tools to verify its backlink profile, content (quality) and mainly website's traffic.

Check all the major metrics of the site like DA,DR,Traffic , SS , TF , CF, RD.

If any drastic change between these metrics, then it is manipulated.

Check for Google penalties, domain history for spammy use and check domain metrics as everyone mentioned above.
