domain and hosting security

hi blackhatters..quick question plz...

suppose i want to make a blog with loads of scraped stuff from diff diff websites and suppose the opwners of that website report me so will godaddy and hg suspend my account?

what other hosting and domain regsitrars i shud choose that even after geting complained they dont suspend my account....basically my question is domain regsitrar and hsoting for bh acitivities...which are the best ones ?

are there any hosting which dont care about dmca etc. are there shared servers? i wont be able to afford a vps as i already have 1
