Now I want to buy a domain for my blogspot blog. Do I have to buy from blogger itself or I can use Godaddy Domain there?

You can use any domain. If you looked in their FAQ you'd have found this answer. ;)
 
yes you can.
but if its for BH stuff, beware. I had a domain on blogspot which they closed my account for spamming (and i didn't spam at all).

can't u use WP instead?
