I want to buy a domain thats 9 years old its not indexed in google does google see this domain as a 9 year old domain or a new domain when its indexed?

Age has nothing to do with indexing.

G still see it as a 9yo domain.

However, if it is not indexed, the cause is it's banned, has no backlinks, has never been indexed. Chances are this is not a good domain to buy, based on these factors.
