I am running an eCom site that the original domain name existed since 2006 and did prety well in the SERPS but I kind of never made much use of it... (did not complete the development)
So in 2011 I used a CRM and again maintainded good rankings... No prob so far... Then I wanted to re-brand the business with a new domain name. One came up that suited me and I did the purchase and my hosting company did the re-directs.
Like many I have been hit by the recent algo's but my question is Google sees the new domain as 1yr (thats how long Iv'e had it) although originally the domain befor purchase was 2007 from original owner.... Is ther any way I can tell Google that this domain & website is from 2006 and not 1yr old?
