Hello all,
A few months ago, I purchased a couple of domain names, purely speculatively hoping that I might sell them when the time comes. There's a massive shopping center development currently being voted on by the people in my city. The vote is in less than 30 days and it looks like it will pass, but it might be a year or two before they break ground. I bought the domain names because they are a couple of the proposed shopping center names that were thrown about by the developer.
What can I do with the domain names to either monetize them or get some sort of benefit from them while I'm waiting for the vote to get sorted and waiting for the developer (hopefully) to come calling?
The domains are currently parked with GoDaddy.
Would love to hear thoughts/suggestions for this noob. Thanks.
