If I buy a domain which I want to use for a 301 redirect to my website can it be a random domain or does it have to be niche specific?

Also if the domain gets sandboxed does my website lose the BL count?

If you do a 301 that domain completely ceases to exist as far as Google is concerned. It takes on the identity of the domain it forwards to.

So it really does not matter what the domain name is and you can not get it sandboxed because any issues just flow through to the domain that is on the receiving end of the forward.

I have a little bit about 301 redirect method plz provide me some details about it.

First thing first, why do you want to redirect a new domain to your website?
Redirecting a new domain with no content and ranking is just worthless.
If you have some valuable domain, it should be your niche related or keyword related

And sandbox is just a myth, don't worry about it.

Lately ive had a few cases where googling "the301domain.com" does return the url of the old domain, even tho the 301 is working... Im sure it did not do that until recently, unless I just didnt notice it.
