Dollarseohosting Any Good?

I'm looking into changing my hosting. IXwebhosting is not working out for me. I'm looking for an alternative C class hosting that's affordable.

I've read back in 2013 that some folks got their sites hacked. Then in 2014, they said that they upgraded to some better server so better security.

How is their customer service now?
Is their hosting still being hacked?

Any other comments about this hosting site?
