Dollarade is pretty good, I've had a good conversion rate and it's very easy to customise.
Offers are good, some pay a little low - but you also have access to the $4-$14 offers too.
They pay on time; good, fast support - they're good!

It's ok at best, I still prefer using NeverBlue and other big networks - and if you can't get in then use the giant public networks GAN (Google Affiliate Network), or CJ (Commission Junction); they have more offers and often better offers than some of the smaller CPA networks

Considering it is different to Neverblue and other CPA networks, as it is an incentive allowed gateway network - I'm not sure how your posts makes sense.
Unless your using BHCB.
Be very careful with BHCB.
The service Leadbolt provides its publishers is we only enter agreements where the back end advertiser understands the traffic source and the quality of the leads comming through.
Any new A.M at an affiliate.com type company will approve just about anything if the volume is good without checking with the advertiser.
If you put a ringtone on movies you will eventually miss your last payment...

Leadbolt is working great for me at the moment
