Thanks bigdippin. I just tried switching over to Paypal payment and it wouldn't let me because it says they are 'still issuing payment', maybe they just haven't got around to my account yet. I'll keep you posted.
i had the same problem a coupple of days back.. and the most irritating thing was, there is no reply from dollarade support.. no matter how many time u email them... no reply at all..
and the phone number listed there.. no body picks it up...
It is the second month since I didn't received any payment. Payment for November has been moved to December 2013. Now the full amount from the last 2 months are in pending balance. This is the first time I have a problem with my payment. I tried to contact Jake several times but still no response.
Anyone having this problem, or just me? Thank you.
