Doing White hat but still problem :/

I just started my channel on YT and doing white hat
but still having problem in adsense approval of videos
some time videos got directly approve and show $$$$ symbol
but some times it shows ! ! ! !
still video isn't having copy right issues but i don't know why they dis approve my video
i also provide them proof and added huge description in proof section but still
getting same problems some time
any one can tell me why they are doing this

Very hard to identify the problem based on the fact we don't know what niche you are uploading.
Not that you should tell anything, but it helps when doing a troubleshoot checklist.

its nothing you are doing. youtube started this crap a couple months ago. some accounts never get videos approved, others get them all approved. it makes no difference if you upload a video of your wall. goo to the youtube adsense forums and join in the misery of hundreds of othrs who are complaining about it

Got the same problem, got a channel that never gets problems with monetization and my other channels with same content get the !! symbol....it's very annoying!

Google is a bit with those things. I have a friend that does complete white hat but that hasn't gotten his adsense approval for months.
