doing smm panel services, any advices?

so first of all, i am only 20years old currently staying in a 3rd world country.. me and my friend is planning to start/restart an smm panel but we don't have enough funds to rent a panel, what should we do? any advices? and can you also provides websites that where we can rent smm panels for less than 15$?

Even if you are able to rent a panel for free, you are going to compete against panels that spend $500/mo on free test balances for clients. Do you have any advantage over them?
what can you do different / better? its not 2016 anymore, things are harder now.

You can help yourself brainstorm legal, low-cost, honest digital-marketing or online business ideas you could start from where you are, maybe that would be more sustainable with little capital
