Doing SEO from 2 Different Party

If we Hire 2 party to do SEO

1. on same website and same Keyword. Is there any impact can give better result from SERP and timeline?

2. on same website but different keyword (same propotional difficulty), at the end of result can we take a statement who is better according to SERP for keyword?

Don't do it.
IMO, It is better to stick with one agency/supplier, unless each supplier is an expert in dealing with a specific area.
If it is for testing, then try 2 separate sites.

This is not an ideal way to do it.

Even if you want to employ two people on SEO duty of your site simultaneously, then as said by @Wilson Grant Fisk get them to work on two separate aspects of your site. Remember, this is not a competition between the two, if anything gets complicated then only you will be at loss.

Keep things simple. Work with one at a time. If he/she does not perform leave them and switch to another.

Every keyword is different in difficulty and it's not possible to know who is doing better SEO unless you try them for a couple of weeks.

No, testing the same keyword with 2 different parties are not a good to go. If you know how to use, where to use, & getting different services from those parties you may try. I usually don't recommend to use different parties for the same keywords/site.

Different keyword is ok but for the same keyword, you wouldn't able to figure out who did better.
