Doing Manual Follow + Auto Unfollow : Possible?

Hi guys,

I would like to do manual auto/unfollow for safety reasons.

But, during my journey doing that, I can have few problems like:

- How can I prevent to follow again someone I have already followed & unfollowed in the past?
