is cloaking the links / ads needed ?

depends of the offer, if you dont promote bh stuff, a prelander is enough.

Depends on offer. Sometimes you do, sometimes you don't.
 
If you plan to promote something that is against the ToS of the networks then yeah, you do need cloaking. If you are promoting white hat offers then you are safe to go without a cloaker.
 
i suggest you to use lander because with cloaking huge chances are there to get ban.
 
not unless you're doing something that goes against their advertiser terms.
pre-landers are good for everyone in most cases, (as some cpa networks may not like direct linking, and sometimes, neither does facebook)
 
If the things comes under BH ... Cloaking is best otherwise pre-lander is good.. :)
 
If you are working in a niche like dating, adult or any other black niche, you will need a cloak to pass the moderation
 
Yes, you need a good cloaker if you want to run the CPA offers on fb. Try the Fraudbuster or Justcloakit
 
Ia depending on the offer you want to promote. If you know that the offer respects their rules, you are good to go with only a pre-lander.

In any way you should not post the affiliate link directly.
