Long story short, after some noticeable bullshit, I believe the site isn't on a completely fair playing field.
Not here to start an argument about it with anyone, but was wondering if doing a chargeback (for one deposit of a fairly substantial 4 digit amount) might come back to bite me in the ass?
Deposit was done via credit card, not paypal. Only found one other result via google search that said the guy basically got away with it and had his account closed (obviously).
Have heard others doing this successfully with poker sites back when they were still legal in the U.S. My question is, does anyone think Fanduel and/or Draftkings would go through the trouble of taking it to collections or send mail notices? I ask this because their industry (online gambling) isn't exactly viewed in a good light by many politicians, etc.
Any advice or experiences are greatly appreciated. Obviously this is my last time ever playing daily fantasy, lesson learned.
