What kind of tax are you talking about? Sales tax? Income tax?

Sales tax has to be collected in any state you have a presence.

The rules for state income tax vary a huge amount depending on the state you live in. The best bet for that would be to check out the specific rules for your state. You generally pay tax where you live but I believe there are a few that tax you for working in them even if you live in a different state so the best thing to do would be to get some local advice.

Basically any type of tax that I would need to pay.

I will talk to a accountant, probably my best bet.
