i m using vwww.dogepool.net and started to min at 70kh/s with my old computer.
on http://www.coinwarz.com/calculators it tells me that i will mine about 11.75 doges/h.i have mined 3 hours and in the stats pool i ve got just 10 doges.
here are the network stats:
Network Info Difficulty 1,241.21786054 Est Next Difficulty 1,036.57965262 (Change in 163 Blocks) Est. Avg. Time per Block 1 minute 11 seconds Current Block 128237
what is the catch guys?

I don't have much knowledge about mining crypto currency, but one of my friend do this and he currently have 3 rigs that he bought from ebay with high graphic card (as he told me that it is must to have good graphic card). He told me that he's making around 30k doges per rig / 24hr.

You will need to buy an ASIC miner or at least high-end graphic cards for serious mining. 70kh/s from your old computer is nothing. Never believe those stats calculators, they are just estimating tools.

dogecoins are based on litecoins and both use scrypt cryptography, so current ASIC cards won't help.
New miners are already under development, but scrypt requires an immensive amount of RAM, so I doubt any ROI positive ASIC mining card will be out soon.

Every Dogecoin block currently has a random value between 1 - 500,000 for an average of about 250k, which is what coinwarz will put in automatically, but it usually doesn't work out like that so you'll want to take off 20% of what coinwarz says that'll be about what you're actually getting.
