doese impression matter?

I promote 3 lead offers on CJ.One is only with banner code,and the other two have keywords links.So I promte one on my site and the other two with Adwords.My report shows like this:
impression:100
clicks:300
leads:xx

my question is the CTR seems too high(300%),does it matter?Will CJ doubt it?

I've never had a problem, but no reason to draw unnecessary attention if you can avoid it.

in all my years i have never worried about impressions. ever.
