does yt penalize video now?

I can't get how this thing works. I've made a fresh video two weeks ago, with kw in title, tag, description and comments.
Bought likes (700), subs (400) and fav (150). Bought 60.000 high retention views (unfortunately mobile). Another 10.000 views came after a senuke blast (not real persons, I think).

Ok, now this video should rank, right?

On the contrary, my video is almost disappearing from the serps, I only can find it writing half the title.

What did I do wrong?

There's a lot of movement going on in the serps at the minute.. i have a video i only gave 60,000 mobile retention views to (haven't got around to adding likes, subs links etc yet), and it's been on page 5 then disappeared alotogether for a few days and now its back on page 4.. i wouldn't worry about it for the minute, just keep doing what your doing and add some links

Mine's sitting still on 6# on serps for a keyword with medium competition, but high payout.
Thought it also has at least 20 high PR blog comments.

This thing is making me crazy, there are videos on the first page of my key with 16 (sixteen) views. And my video is on third page.
Really can't understand what's happening, the only explanation for me is that they are using some google like penalization system.

Are you looking at what those 16 view videos Channel Pr is? Once your over pr4 your videos will rank a lot easier, at lest that is what I have found... YMMV

I personally just buy likes and spam each of my yt videos into an oblivion each which gets the job done ranking it on google beyond a lot of authority sites.

Noobguru is right, only couple of likes and views from vagex + big xrumer blast and after a week you are in google and youtube front page, don't waste your money on views

How effective is using a xrumer blast? Backlinking is the only thing I haven't ever used for promoting my videos, just curious how effective it is

Wtf, you're right, the whole channel has 20 video and less views than my own video. But it is pr4.
So should I create some backlinks to my channel?

Use the PageRank plugin for Firefox.
Login with your account every 3 days for 3 weeks....comment on high PR channels in their comments sections.
This should help to boost up your channel PR.
I have channels with no videos with PR5.

Maybe the gig you bought was total crap and youtube can tell? I use Vagex now and have no problems, yet a few older paid for videos I used got nowhere fast.

I have a pr5, and some of the biggest channels for my niche are 6 and 7. Would I still need to run back links for specific videos or would my natural pr5 be rank enough?

That really depends. If your on page SEO is good, you would need to look and see how many likes, shares, and back links the top videos have. I always look and see what keywords they are using also. You can out rank a high channel with a higher Pr video though.

Yeah, it's possible, they sent me about 60.000 mobile views and even if they are high retention is immediately visible in the stats that there is something wrong.
The strange thing is that the last time I did this thing my video, instead of disappearing, got in first page for a lot of high competition keys.
