other short have views from Mexico, Spain those are the top viewers English is always on second or third place, I would say is not always like that.RaymondCollins343

This is not correct. I have many Indian friends making videos in English but their main audience is still India. It is not shown much in USA. It depends on initial response to videos.

I'm from a non-english speaking country but majority of my shorts' audience is from the US, UK, Germany and other English speaking countries. I don't use any VPN or special hashtags.

If your short videos are popular, the algorithm will also promote them regardless of the language.
