Does youtube update my views ??

My channel has about 8000 views 1 week ( I count )
But my youtube channel's total views on my channel page is 1900
Fortunately, i get partnered with fullscreen, but my total views on fullscreen's dashboard is 1600
So unfair, youtube and fullscreen never update my views. Is that normal ?? thank

P/s : After so long time, youtube updated my views in 2:40 AM, but it is still less than how much I count

Are these views fake views that you get from social sharing sites?

I used websyndic. Now i'm using u2bviews. Total views still increase but less than I count.
