Does YouTube trace cloaked URLs

I'm just wondering whether YouTube has learned to trace cloaked urls in description. Back in the day it didn't matter but maybe now when YouTube has catched up with bh-tactiques, they have blacklists which they compare to the traced urls and use the results for their own analysis whether it is spam or not. What do you think about this and what countermeasures do we have? Obviously you can't have a new domain and LP for every fire & forget type of video but is there something between?
