Why not, if you meet monetization requirements and your content is free from copyright.
 
They don't have content restriction policies due to AI. However, currently, monetizing content through AI might be challenging on YouTube

I have 2 channels approved, you need a good voice though, and not an obvious robotic voice.
 
Yes, you just need to use an acceptable AI voice.

That's the point, don't use a robotic voice from a software created in 2015 and you will be fine, there are tons of monetized channels doing that
 
if is a crapy robotic AI voice yes, they will reject you, but if a voice that is acceptable no robotic and almost sounds human will depend in your content but is a 50% success, the better the AI voice the more posibilities you have.
 
If you fullfil the requirements for the monetisation and don't break their terms and condition they must pay you
 
I've come across multiple channels that use the AI voice and are monetized, like everyone here said just make sure the AI voice isn't the generic ones and is more humanized.
