Does YouTube index translated title and original title?

Can somebody find both variations or will he find only my original title?

For example an Italian searches for "How to buy a car?" does he find now my video "How to buy a car?" and if I translate the title to "Comment acheter une voiture?" does that mean he can find both of my videos in the youtube search? Lets say does he find my video "How to buy a car?" when he uses the english title in search and does he find my video when he uses the italian title in the search?

It is difficult to know. I once did an experiment translating 1 video with a keyword of null competition and youtube did not index the translations.
