Use the original voiceover until monetization, and then you can switch to an AI voiceover.

AI voice over is risky.
Faceless channel is risky also.
But yeah, i still see those channels monetized around.

Depends on the quality of AI. If AI voice is very good, they will not take action as they might not discover it all.
