I dont know a tool.
Its easy to find these videos. Even if theyre old and look dead.
Use different search terms, look past the first 10 video on the search results page. You can find such videos all over the place.

If someone really cares, they'll type it out and visit your site.
It's best to have a short domain name, and to leave comments that would make people take interest and take the time to type out your URL in their address bar or google and visit your site.
If you just leave the URL as a comment, not that good. But if you leave a quality comment and you mention the URL, higher chances of people visiting.

Best idea, first subscribes the channel and wait when new videos uploaded was like 15sec you can post comments ranked top

I wrote my own bot which can search keywords and comment on videos
I get 5k sales in several months last year
Every day I post around 20,000 in one niche
But in January google update their algorithm, most of the comments don’t disappear, I don’t know if it is related to account quality or proxy or they can detect auto comment, I haven’t try these days, but I believe it’s not an easy as it used to be

Upvoting is crucial. The problem with upvoting is that the visibility of the comment that you’re promoting is all dependent on the accounts doing the upvoting.
If somebody just created an account using a brand new Gmail, that’s going to raise red flags. The upvote from that account is not going to count all that much.
On the other hand, if you have been upvoting all this time, leaving comments, and your account has “aged”, your upvote counts for a lot more.
There’s also some talk about the geographic location of people upvoting a comment. I’m not sure if I totally buy that but it’s still one factor you need to keep in mind.
The key here is to understand that this is what you’re up against and consider what your alternatives are.
One obvious alternative is to look for YouTube videos that don’t have many views and have zero comments. I know these are slim pickings and depending on your niche, there might not be many of them.
Still, if you are targeting a niche that has low views, no comment videos you might want to consider using a semi-personalized or semi-customized commenting approach to plug a comment in all those videos. That way viewers can see your message if viewers stumble upon those videos.

you're not gonna fool google. They know everything. Don't waste your time, this method doesn't work anymore.
