for example i command chatgpt to write an article about a specific title, and then i read the article and record my own voice and then i publish the videos, is something like this allowed on youtube? will i ever get banned for doing something like this?

I believe you won't be banned, the content becomes yours when you use your own voice to present it.
 
Well, I'm not a lawyer, but I think it's safe to say that the last thing you want is to get banned from the most entertaining platform on the internet. It's like getting kicked out of a party that you didn't even have to leave your house for.

But to answer your question, it's hard to say for sure. You might want to double-check YouTube's terms of service to see if they specifically prohibit content created entirely by AI language models like ChatGPT. If not, then you might be in the clear! There is no problem you can do it and is really smart because you will spend less time investigating and searching for the info as long as you edit the video pretty well you good there is no problem doing it.
 
Chat GPT is the most amazing tools in this era and i think what you are planing with it is absolutely unique most of the cases. So yeah it is safe also i think.

You will not be banned for this, many channels trying this. But what results will these channels get, we will see in coming days.

I think you will be okay with that. But maybe you want to edit the article first so it become more "human". So, with that, hopefully you will gain some views
 
Yes, you can. No issue until it is the same as another youtube video.
 
If you will ask their support, they will deny accepting such content. But many channels already doing this. There is no better thing than automated money.
