Does youtube allow ad.fly links in description?

I see quite a lot of people use it still, but some say you will get a strike if youtube finds out?

If people are using it then it should be fine. If not, you can use your own domain instead of ad fly

It is against TOS, so I guess getting striked is a possibility. However I think masking the adfly link in a bitly or other non profit link shortener could work
