Does your reach increase when many read your posts text?

Is there any meaning in trying to get people to click "more" to see your whole post text?

Let's say the post photo is a quiz and to see the answer you have to click to see the whole post caption/text. Would this increase how often the user who did that sees my posts in the future?

Its not counted as engagement
