Yes of Course. Xrumer Supports all Known language to human. All you need is convert Arabic or any language to Unicode Format and train your Xrumer to Post on it.

Personally i'm scraping chinese, japanese, russian, thai and arabic forums to build profile backlinks. Cause most Xrumer users are blasting only on English Forums which leaves massive footprint for Search Engines to Simply Ignore or Count Less those Links
 
I mean if i can use Arabic as an anchor text or not?
 
Are you sure? because i heard someone that it is possible.
 
I think you can Convert to arabic, there is a tool provided in botnetforum.
But backlinks in arabic, have no idea :D

Although i've not tried it, there's no reason it can't post in any language that you have your system set up for.

I believe another tool that would help you would be the Microsoft Global Input Methods Editor. Poke around. If you figure this out, please make a separate How-To post. I'm sure many would appreciate it.
