Does WordPress Builder plugins e.g DIVI, Elementor hurts SEO, or I must design a customized simple WP website from an agency as per my requirement?
I want the site to be fully SEO friendly and not get punished by the search engine.
What do all big ranking websites use as a theme for their WP?
The idea of having a builder with no efforts looks lucrative for lazy asses newbies, but It looks like Clickfunnels website builder, CF is very bad when comes to SEO.
So, I am wondering whether design from the agency as per my requirement and ask them for changes in the future by paying them instead of using a website builder and screwing each time.
Thoughts?

Thanks

I've always used Generatepress/Astra with Elementor for websites and never had any issues because of it.

When I searched that few months ago (maybe 6 months ago), there was a guy on youtube who advised not to use builders if you care about SEO. Hope this helps.

The answer is: No.

How do I know? I am using Fusion Builder for my site, and I made a site with a Divi builder for my friend 3 years ago and it's still ranking on top positions in his niche.

I would like to hear how do builders can hurt your SEO?

If the guy thinks that builders are the reason he's not ranking, should be listening to other guys. As I mentioned before, Generatepress/Astra with Elementor is being used by many many people for their affiliate websites with no issues.

a little for slow speed, but It's just small case for SEO.

If you do everything right and you optimize your site, it can load (hosting is a key for this) for 1.5 - 2 seconds. It's nothing serious that can ruin your rankings.

I don’t think so but many themes don’t require page builders, but even if you elementor is good to use
Then why did so many big bloggers use their customised coded websites and not use Builders? Any idea?
have not seen big experts and bloggers using ready made themes and builders.

Can you show us some examples? I would like to check that.

1) extra funds to spend 2) they have knowledge and time 3) most importantly they’re brand and that’s what Brands do

Some of my best sites are built on elementor, wpbakery, and oxygen. I don't think WordPress builder hurts your SEO.

I don't understand why they should hurt SEO...
Their code isn't that bad, it's even quite pure.. The thing that can afray you is the pagespeed if you try to create animations everywhere..

But if you create normal stuff, just go

http://Www.copyblogger.com - these guys are having their custom child theme, but the parent theme is studio press by Genesis Framework. Maybe I am wrong, but I think they are using Gutenberg.
http://www.projectlifemastery.com - this one is using Aspire Theme, and they are using Thrive Visual Builder :)
Thanks, how can we check what themes and platform the above sites are using? Pls share how to check such information about which builder and theme others are using.

It's very easy. Mostly I am using the first one down, but you can always use others to get more info:

1) https://www.wpthemedetector.com/ - this one is giving the most information such as the plugins they are using (that's how I found that they are using Thrive Visual Builder)
2) https://scanwp.net/ - this one is okay too

IMO if your builder slows down your website then only it can hurt in SEO otherwise there is no any specific reason.
Any tool to check website load speed and show the stats comparison?
