Does white SEO really exist

As the title says does a white hat SEO service really exist, as per Google getting any link is grey hat unless its earnt which means if your paying for a service then in theory your buying links which is against the TOC of Google, hence the grey hat tag

Great content can earn links and lets face it we all have great content (well we think we do) but unless really compelling and informative what are the chances someone links to you, especially when you are not ranking too well so no matter how good the content is no one is going to see it anyway

I am looking for a service where i have no worrys about my money site being penalised, I am in a very competitive niche which i had an excellent share of up until October this year, I had a partial penalty which is now clear as i had to remove 80% of the links.

I have learnt many lessons and hopefully wont make the same mistakes again, so is BHW a place to visit in the hope of getting a ethical white hat SEO service

With all due respect man, if you're paying anything less than $20 per 500 words, your content is not 'great'. I don't mean this as a personal attack, by any means, but it seems that so many people skimp on content, which is absolutely baffling to me. Content, is hands down, the most important ingredient in internet marketing.
 
Content will always be king. If you are not engaging your users then your rank is going to suffer.

I agree that content is king, but you don't have to pay a premium to get good content, you just need a good writer. I have found a lot of great writers at TextBroker for about $8-12 per article.

Yep. These $5/article writers are complete shit. They either spin or have no idea what they are doing. Better to pay bucks and get great content and stay ahead than pay $5 for 500 words that they are getting from somewhere else and aren't an expert.

Textbroker works for general fluff, but good quality content from an expert isn't found using some housewife with no expertise in anything.

I totally agree, most people hiring writers are looking for good quality about general topics, wouldn't you agree?

Agree but if your site dont rank well no one will see it and no one can link to it, so its not just the content its the distribution that goes with that content so its a lot more than great content in reality.

So back to my first point that it is difficult to find a truly white hat service, without running some king of grey hat (at best risk)
 
you just need to expand your keywords and use lots of keyword variation every blast you make
you should also have different strategy, campaign blast using different method will help you rank well

This is the answer to your question. It would be incredibly difficult to rank without doing any kind of SEO whatsoever and hoping that people will find your site and link to you naturally. Difficult, but not impossible.

OP there's nothing white hat as far as link building concern,whenever you are trying to build backlinks no matter if its white or grey or black hat.This are unethical & hence illegal to Google guidelines which clearly states any manipulation to increase your organic is a shady stuff in Google eyes.If you follow Google guidelines then you have to stop creating back links completely & then hope(!) you will be outranking everyone by you super duper high quality contents you have(paying $4-5 per 500 words) on your site.
 
Google has set things up in a way where they are the ones spamming everywhere and telling everyone not to. It's ridiculous. Their ads are all over the WWW and on their SERPs, above the fold, not clearly labeled as such. Now they even removed the bounding box around the ads, they look exactly like search results except for an orange thingy.

So there's no white hat SEO. What google calls black hat is whatever works. If you gain a single position on SERPs due to any of your SEO, then you've done black hat SEO. The rest is marketing BS that leads you to buy adwords traffic.
 
Content is the only main solution to keep your site in top ranking, No, It's not true that you are require to pay more then $20 for each content, There are many writers in the market who works for PR 7,8,9 sites and providing content writing at around $5 or $6.
