Does webmail send have a higher inbox rate?

I use a webmail tool BlackBulkMail to send emails for email marketing, and I was wondering if it has a higher inbox rate than the sender that uses SMTP sending.

Isn't that just an email client, deliverability shouldn't matter in that case.

Blackbulk mail is just an Email sender a.k.a Email client. It doesn't matter. What's important is the quality of your SMTP.
