I read somewhere where Google doesnt look much at web 2.0s is this right? Do they work? I'm looking for a good web 2.0 service as well, any suggestions would be appreciated.
That type of web property only works as good as your seo strategy for it. The short answer is you need high quality 2.0s for tier 1. As for BHW service go with the top rated people or Tommy. I know you don't have a lot of choice but the market right now is full of BS threads posting with newbie accounts and bogus claims.
Yes, Web 2.0s can play a part in your ranking strategy. They need plenty of tiered links behind them though, to give them some power, otherwise they don't do much on their own. Ask to see samples from the people selling them before you buy, to see if they're the quality you want or not. It shouldn't be difficult for them to show you some samples of their work.
They work out mate, but you have to mix this up (with other linkbuilding opportunities) depending on your keyword competition. There are plenty of Web 2.0 guides available here by lightningblitz, t0mmy and many other pros, go check them out!
They can work out decently, but they shouldn't be your entire linking strategy. Their effectiveness really depends on how they're made, and the competition of the KWs you're targeting. Do some testing with lower comp KWs you want to rank for and see where it goes. GL
If the keyword has low competition they work even just by themselves. But if there is competiton you should power them up with tiers.
Yes they work. But this is a question of what you mean by "work". Could they help you as a part of your strategy? Yes, totally. Could they alone bring you to the 1st place in payday loan niche? Well, i doubt that, to say the least.
Of course it doesn't work if your web2.0s are horrible. However, if your web2.0s actually rank somewhere (doesn't have to be high, just enough to show on the radar - top100) then linking from them will surely help your money site rank.
Yes they do work, they aren't going anywhere, not for a long time. They are the best contextual links you can get on the web besides PBN-s and Guest Posts.
A good quality, well written (manually written, not spun or crap) Web 2.0 with relevance that passes manual review, with tier 2 links built to it will help your rankings. My clients are telling me that.
I can rank any Web 2.0 to any spot for any keyword for any competition for any volume of searches - that is the power of Web 2.0, not my power But you should know to do it right.
Could you suggest me a list of links that could index fast? (Blog comments, forums etc.) I have GSA but I am not a big fan... I predict manual work on Tier 2 (building 20-30 links will bring good juice). BTW I used Angela & Paulie CIara books for Tier 2
