Does Voxility ignore DMCA

I’m looking for EU datacenter server providers that ignore DMCA requests. Does Voxility ignore these requests if the servers are located in their Romanian datacenter?
Does anyone know or recommend any other EU datacenters that ignore these DMCA requests to an extent. Not looking for these Alex host, shinjiru type providers.
