Does using stop words in your slug has any negative effect?

I use them in some, don't use any in other. Couldn't notice much of a difference.

What do you guys think? Should I avoid stop words or meh?

I am using them but still the page still ranks. So maybe forget about those stop words add it if necessary.

it doesn't matter, it matters only if you are on the spectrum and want all greens on yoast plugin

Yes, I agreed with Remorse. If you are using the yoast plugin in the wordpress, then you need to avoid the stop words in the slug. and most probably the peoples are using yoast plugin in wordpress.
