I'm considering getting a link indexing tool mentioned here pretty often, and before I do I wanted to ask whether there's any risk of issues by using an indexer?

Are they an essential tool that improves efficiency without the potential for any negatives, or can using automated indexing services potentially trip some kind of flag with Big G?
