Does having Google analytics on site help boost your SEO, for example, this lets Google track your users and if they spend a lot of time on your page beacuse of good content, that will increase your SEO rank. Right?

Hello,
Google analytics is a tool like many others that provides your website metrics without influancing your SEO in a good or bad way, so i think no, GA dont help you rank faster because it is google's tool.

No, at least not that I'm aware of. My rankings have done quite well and I refuse to use Google Analytics on my site.
