Does .UK Domain Look Like Spam?

    Does a domain xxxx.uk look like spam to users/google since most UK domains are .co.uk?
    Or is that acceptable and do those domains rank well?

    .uk will probably become bigger than .co.uk in the years to come (not necessarily though) if we look at past trends. Nevertheless, it might be a good idea to grab a few good .uk domains now and resell them for significant profits a few years down.

    It may or may not work. .us didn't for example. But chances are that it may work but will probably stay lower than .co.uk

    I don't like .co.uk, .uk looks more normal but I am not from uk and I am not used to that kind of domain but I haven't see many .co.uk, .uk ranking for english kw
