it is still one of the biggest websites in the world, so of course you can still make money with it.
but don't just spam cpa offers or anything dumb like that.
come up with a more long term plan that is more legitimate.

I'm still banking strong with twitter, but I use my own methods which I developed and tweaked to perfection after a considerable amount of time. If I knew then what I know now I probably wouldn't go into twitter marketing and tried something different. Not saying you shouldn't try it, but it sure ain't easy.

Twitter is a huge source of profitable traffic for me, so yes! CPA and/or spamming? Not really. It's all about finding a target market that has an actual need or strong want in what you are offering.

Yep, engaging with your target audience is always a profitable and finding that target audience on Twitter is ridiculously easy..
